Installation
Installation carried out by a proposed accredited contractor.
Current Lead times
3-4 weeks for standard colours, RAL 7016, RAL 7021, RAL 9016 and RAL 9005. 5-10 weeks non-standard colours. All lead times are from drawing approval and colour selection.
Payment terms
20% deposit with order / 30% with drawing approval / 40% 5 days prior to materials on site / 10% on completion.
EXCLUSIONS
- VAT
- Any structural concrete, builders work of any nature and or improvements the building fabric that may be required.
- Cleaning to installed areas of glass apart from excess silicone, fingerprints etc.
- Establishing of Datum's and Levels which will be required from the Main Contractor.
- Protection to glazing once installed.
GENERAL
Our price is a budget quotation and is based on details available and the scope of works contained within this quotation and will be subject to change if significant changes in size or design occur. All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.
Optional protection to glazing: AVS can offer protection to glazing after installation is complete (ground floor only), this would consist of a solid core standard external door and over panel fixed in place for the duration of works, providing full protection to sliding units and sashes. The cost of protection would be a further £720.
