TILT AND TURN WINDOWS
Hidden-sash tilt and turn windows on the Cortizo COR 70 and COR 80 systems, made in our Kent factory. From outside the opening sash is hidden behind the frame, so an opening window looks the same as a fixed one.
Every window is drawn for its opening, with the cill, the head and how it meets the wall, and you approve the drawings before we make anything.
THE OPTIONS

TILT FOR AIR
Tilt the sash in at the top to let air into the room.

TURN TO CLEAN
Turn the same handle and the sash opens fully into the room, so the outside of the glass can be cleaned from inside.

THE SASH IS HIDDEN
From outside the sash sits behind the frame, with the same slim sightline as a fixed window.

COR 70 OR COR 80
Two frame depths of the same system, COR 70 and the deeper COR 80. Both take double or triple glazing, with fixed lights to match.
COR 70 DETAILS

HEAD
The head of the frame, cut through.

HEAD WITH ADD-ON
A 20 mm add-on on the head, which can carry trickle vents so they do not show on the face of the frame.

ON A CILL
The frame on an aluminium cill, in a choice of depths.
COR 80 DETAILS

HEAD
The head of the deeper COR 80 frame, cut through.

HEAD WITH ADD‑ON
A 30 mm add-on on the head, which can carry trickle vents so they do not show on the face of the frame.

BASE
The bottom of the frame on its own, with no cill.

ON A CILL
The frame on a 180 mm aluminium cill.
