Working alongside Neil Choudhary Architects (NCA) on the Warren Chase project in Brighton. What initially began as a standard house extension quickly evolved into a comprehensive redevelopment, transforming the property into a stunning, light-filled modern home.

The clients visited our showroom to get a hands-on feel for the systems. It’s often difficult to judge the difference between ranges just from a brochure, and they found themselves torn between our Deco and Vision lines. Both offer distinct aesthetic advantages, but seeing the operation and profile details in person helped clarify which system would best suit their architectural goals.

To achieve the seamless aesthetic they were looking for, we curated a package of high-performance fenestration solutions. The priority was maximising natural light and creating a fluid connection between the interior and the expansive garden.

The final specification included:

  • Vision Line to minimise sightlines and create an expansive glass envelope.

  • Pivot Doors to create a statement entrance and architectural feature.

  • Hidden Sash Tilt and Turn Windows to maintain a clean, minimalist external facade without bulky frame overlaps.

The combination of these systems has flooded the property with light, successfully blurring the boundaries between the home and its surroundings. The evolution from a simple extension to a full redevelopment allowed us to integrate the glazing deeply into the building’s fabric, resulting in a cohesive and visually striking finish.
